Our Attorneys

Our company has attorneys in every state and city wherever our clients are. After exhausting all possible collection efforts, your accounts will be reviewed by our legal supervisors who will advise whether to pursue legal action or not. You, as our client, will be the ultimate decision maker in these matters. If you choose to do so we will file a lawsuit, obtain a judgment, and enforce the judgment according to the state and county’s collection laws. We may levy bank accounts, garnish payroll checks, and put liens on property and/or assets. We file based on the county and state the debt originated in. The only costs you will be responsible for are the court fees and filing fees. All of our attorneys also work on a commission basis, so even if we cannot collect on your judgment you still pay us nothing.
